Sunita Nadhamuni
Sunita Nadhamuni has spent over two decades building and strengthening systems that serve people at scale across water security, public health and technology for public good.
She led the design and implementation of India’s national open digital platform for non-communicable diseases, enrolling 500 Mn people.
Sunita’s core philosophy is simple: real scale comes from strong systems, shared ownership and solutions that others can adopt, fund, and sustain. Grounded in a long-standing mindfulness practice, she supports leaders in the development sector to work with complexity, pressure, and uncertainty without burnout or loss of ethical center.
How Sunita supports Journey Partners
- Designing systems that scale: Helps leaders move beyond standalone programmes to ecosystems and shared infrastructure, while protecting quality, community trust, and local ownership as scale increases.
- Finding leverage in complexity: Helps cut through noise, identify key bottlenecks and focus energy on small actions that can compound.
- Working effectively with public systems: Adds insight on engaging governments and public institutions to sustain change.
- Using technology with intent: Drives the use of digital tools as enablers of coordination, learning, and reach rather than as solutions.
