Instituto Beja is excited to announce the launch of the Center for Exponential Change (Centro para Mudanças Exponenciais – CMe) in Brazil, a dedicated hub of the C4EC network.
The CMe is designed to tackle Brazil’s most complex social and economic challenges by fostering collaborative and innovative solutions that drive large-scale, sustainable change.
In a landscape marked by structural challenges, the CMe stands as a catalyst, bridging civil society, private sector, and government efforts to enable meaningful, systemic transformation. We will harness digital technology and collective action to address critical issues. When applied thoughtfully, we believe these elements become pivotal in addressing urgent issues and accelerating impact.
The CMe is more than an initiative; it represents a pivotal expansion of Instituto Beja’s mission—bringing a philanthropy that is inspiring, innovative, and deeply collaborative to the forefront of social change.

Pense em Escala – Think Scale in Portuguese
Social problems are large. In our efforts to address the size of these problems, we often grapple with scale. How do we perceive the scale of the problems we’re trying to solve? How do we design for scale? How do we monitor progress?
Think Scale is an opportunity to pause and reflect on how to solve at scale. It is a window into the thoughts and experiences of change leaders, thinkers and funders on a journey to enable impact at scale.
